Lloyd Harbor is an Incorporated Village in the Town of Huntington. This wooded and desirable community features beautiful homes on property sizes of 2 acres or more in desirable proximity to town and shopping. Lloyd Harbor is easy, elegant coastal living at its best.

In the summer, families spend lots of time down at the waterfront village park, enjoying the beach, tennis courts, and picnic areas. Residents have mooring rights and access to the town boat ramp. The summer camp is especially convenient. It's a great feeling to be amongst a group of people who have a shared love of our little patch of paradise. It's what we really mean when we say ‘I'm lucky to live here’.

Many of the neighborhoods have their own private road associations (dues required) with beach and mooring rights, and some even have docks. Caumsett State Park and Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge are conveniently located on Lloyd Neck and are major attractions for nature walks and hikes, scuba diving and more.
The schools are excellent -- Lloyd Harbor and Lloyd Neck are entirely within the Cold Spring Harbor school district and all children attend Goosehill Elementary for kindergarten and first grade, Lloyd Harbor Elementary School for 2nd thru 6th grade, and Cold Spring Harbor junior and senior high school for grades 7-12.

Excellent Village government has resulted in preserved land, good zoning and a private village police force. Commuters will find easy access to the Long Island Rail Road at either the Cold Spring Harbor or Huntington stations.
