Erika Pappas joins the Lucky To Live Here Realty team after 15 years as a public relations executive. She has worked in multiple senior PR roles and ran her own boutique agency EJM PR.

Erika has created and executed PR programs for some of the most well-known celebrities and personalities, such as Food Network's Guy Fieri, Social Media Expert Gary Vaynerchuk, Shark Tank's Lori Greiner, and "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro.  Among the consumer brands she has represented are Apartment Therapy, The Palm Restaurants, Keurig, and Old Navy.  Her work included managing publicity campaigns for TV shows, multi-city celebrity live tours, and numerous best-selling book launches.  She understands how to create buzz and translate that exposure into sales.

Erika combines experience working with high profile clients, dedication, and passion for real estate. Clients value her responsiveness, insight, and counsel to navigate Long Island's housing marketplace.  Practicing a "no stone unturned" approach, she is committed to helping clients find their dream home. Erika lives with her husband and two daughters in Cold Spring Harbor.  When not busy with clients, she is involved with the Goosehill Parent Teacher Group, a contributing writer to Cold Spring Harbor Living Magazine, and loves to visit area beaches and parks
